A recruitment campaign for the Glanbia Graduate Programme. The campaign included both digital and print assets, videography and photography was a big focus.
We brought the campaign to life by focusing on real-life graduate stories, while incorporating Glanbia products and bold, eye-catching colours.

IDEATION
& PRODUCTION
Planning and storyboarding multiple shoots.
We found locations and chose what colours every graduate would need to wear while filming.
We also planned a shoot for food and Glanbia products.
FILMING
& PHOTOGRAPHY
Shooting video and stills in multiple locations in Ireland and in the USA.
We wanted to tell real-life stories from the graduates so we filmed them enjoying their hobbies and conducted interviews.
EDITING
Multiple outputs were required for both video and photographs.
The videos were pushed on social channels and played at live events. The video above is a mash-up of all the graduates, individual profile videos were also produced
The photographs were used to make brochures and signage, as well as social media.
